UX Designer - mobile flows (Nashville, TN)

Summit Ridge Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Nashville, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
