UX Designer - mobile flows (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Thistle Markets is a Nashville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
