UX Designer - mobile flows (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Vale Medical designs and makes medical devices in Minneapolis. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in complaint handling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
