UX Designer - mobile flows (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
