UX Designer - mobile flows (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Minneapolis, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
