UX Designer - mobile flows (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Stone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Milwaukee design routes and schedules. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 628 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around ridership counts that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in ridership counts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
