UX Designer - mobile flows (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Orchard Arts Center is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 410 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
