UX Designer - mobile flows (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Milwaukee presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in event logistics. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
