UX Designer - mobile flows (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Pike Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
