UX Designer - mobile flows (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Milwaukee. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
