UX Designer - mobile flows (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Field Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Milwaukee. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
