UX Designer - mobile flows (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Willow Insurance Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around underwriting files that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
