UX Designer - mobile flows (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Miami caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 374 people based in Miami. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
