UX Designer - mobile flows (Miami, FL)

Lumen Transit Planning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 343 people based in Miami. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around survey data that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
