UX Designer - mobile flows (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath North Insurance Associates and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 896 people based in Madison. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around claims that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in claims. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
