UX Designer - mobile flows (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Redstone Corner Medical Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
