UX Designer - mobile flows (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Meadow Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 804 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
