UX Designer - mobile flows (Louisville, KY)

Summit Amber Financial serves customers across Louisville with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in vendor spend. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
