UX Designer - mobile flows (Louisville, KY)

Harborlight Rook Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Louisville. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
