UX Designer - mobile flows (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Louisville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
