UX Designer - mobile flows (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Lantern Insurance is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
