UX Designer - mobile flows (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around accessibility audits that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in accessibility audits. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
