UX Designer - mobile flows (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Pine Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Little Rock, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
