UX Designer - mobile flows (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Oak Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Little Rock with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in account openings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
