UX Designer - mobile flows (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen North Learning Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Families are partners. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
