UX Designer - mobile flows (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Financial and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in loan applications. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
