UX Designer - mobile flows (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bright Community Partners Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around client intake that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
