UX Designer - mobile flows (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Pine Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
