UX Designer - mobile flows (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Vale Press is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
