UX Designer - mobile flows (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Lakeside Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Las Vegas with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
