UX Designer - mobile flows (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
