UX Designer - mobile flows (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Field Markets and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 841 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
