UX Designer - mobile flows (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Las Vegas caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
