UX Designer - mobile flows (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Knoxville, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
