UX Designer - mobile flows (Knoxville, TN)

Silverline Yarrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Knoxville serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
