UX Designer - mobile flows (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Cobalt Medical Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
