UX Designer - mobile flows (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Corner Learning Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around attendance records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
