UX Designer - mobile flows (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Sable Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 510 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in vendor spend. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
