UX Designer - mobile flows (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Cedar Banking Services is a regional lender in Knoxville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
