UX Designer - mobile flows (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Loom Learning Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in student accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
