UX Designer - mobile flows (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Sable Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 843 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
