UX Designer - mobile flows (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ashton Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 707 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
