UX Designer - mobile flows (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Haven Early Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
