UX Designer - mobile flows (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Analytics is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in training materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
