UX Designer - mobile flows (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Granite Financial is a financial-services company in Houston. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Houston. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
