UX Designer - mobile flows (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Summit Markets is a Houston retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
