UX Designer - mobile flows (Houston, TX)

Silverline Corner Medical is a Houston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
