UX Designer - mobile flows (Houston, TX)

Harborlight Ivory Health Group is a healthcare provider in Houston with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
