UX Designer - mobile flows (Houston, TX)

Summit Bright Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Houston. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 628 people based in Houston. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
