UX Designer - mobile flows (Honolulu, HI)

Summit Kestrel Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 934 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
